Advising and working with customers to deploy the software in the field

IRIS Analytics and FraudAverse have a strong consulting team who work on a global basis - remotely or physically - to help customers in deploying, configuring and operating our software. Our consultants are experts in the field and bring tremendous value in technical expertise and business acumen.

As a consultant, you will be part of the IRIS SME Consulting team. It will be your role, together with highly experienced colleagues, to deploy our software with customers or on cloud infrastructure. This obviously means installing, configuring and testing the software prior to launch. It also involves teaching customers how to work with our software on a daily basis, such as configuring rules and models, maintaining scrips and other technical procedures and more. The consulting role is highly diverse and brings a wealth of experience and know-how which you can leverage for many years to come.

Responsibilities

In the role, you will be responsible for working with customers in a broad scope, mostly focused on enablement, advising and technically deploying the software. It is common practice for most of the work to be done remotely from our major operating centres, but may also involve traveling to the customer to work with people on site. The consulting role is very versatile and brings forth a lot of value to yourself as you will be exposed to ranging difficulties to solve.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English spoken and written language.
  • Business acumen (knowledge) around payment processes and systems.
  • Technical proficiency in one of our software products, or a willingness to learn this.
  • Versatile communicator and expert who loves solving problems in front of customers.
  • Willingness to travel on a global basis - if so required. Expected travel frequency about once a quarter.
